Penza, 5 January 2015. PenzaNews. A three-day gathering for the Penza region school students attending the home study coding school began in the gubernatorial boarding lyceum for gifted children on Sunday, January 4.

“During the first day, the kids learned about Android OS app development system, learned how to create projects, upload and install them on mobile devices. They tried their Java and Eclipse development skills and found out how to use graphics. It has been a busy and fruitful day,” the press service of the Ministry of Education in the region informed PenzaNews agency.

According to officials, the day concluded with presentations where students showed their own mobile apps.
