For new bus routes opened in Penza

Penza, 6 January 2015. PenzaNews. Four new bus routes have been opened in Penza city. “As of Monday, January 5, the following routes will be active: No. 12, Penza-I—Montazhny village; No. 25, ‘Okean’—Neftyanik village; and No. 44, Svetlaya street—Pobeda village,” the press service of the city administration informed PenzaNews agency.

According to officials, another route, No. 88T, GPZ-24—Airport, has been opened on January 2.
“These routes feature regular and smaller passenger buses,” added the city administration.
9 bus and 4 trolley-bus routes have been suspended in Penza city as of Thursday, January 1, due to financial difficulties of the municipal enterprise “Penza passenger transportation.”
Among the affected are bus routes No. 1, 3, 4, 9M, 14K, 20, 21, 27, 33, and trolley-bus routes No. 2, 6, 7, and 9.
According to Penza city administration, the decision has been made on a temporary basis and will affect the routes only until January 11.
