Penza, 13 January 2015. PenzaNews. An inter-institution working group on tourism clusters formation has been founded in the Penza region under the lead of Alexei Ryabov, the first deputy chairman of the regional government.

The group was comprised of representatives of the Department of Culture and Archive, the Ministries of Investment Development, Economy, and Construction of the region, and members of commercial companies.

Among the latter are Ilyas Ibragimov, development director of JSC “Termodom,” Mikhail Kozlov, director of JSC “Mikhailova Sloboda,” Nikolai Melbard, director of “Veles” horse farm, and Valery Grin, general director of JSC “Prestizh.”

The inter-institution working group received the orders and the privileges to check the documents necessary to help the Penza region take part in the investment project competition that will be included in the federal program “Development of inner tourism for Russian and foreign tourists (2011-2018).”

If any of the projects get approved on the federal level, the group will do the necessary paperwork to obtain funds from federal and regional budgets.
