Yuri Razorenov awarded Honorary Citizen of Russia medal

Penza, 16 January 2015. PenzaNews. Yuri Razorenov, general director of LLC “Water innovation technologies,” president of the Chess Federation of the Penza region, has been awarded the medal of the Honorary Citizen of Russia, which is given to those members of society who contributed many years of fruitful labor to improving the strength and prosperity of their country.

His candidacy was suggested by the expert council of the Committee of civic awards and titles of Russia.
The honorary ceremony for the Honorary Citizens of Russia was held at the Moscow President Hotel.
The gold-coated silver medal of Honorary Citizen of Russia is an eight-pointed star that surrounds an Imperial Crown of Russia.
Each medal is engraved with a unique identification number on the back side.
It must be worn on one's left side of the chest after other state and official awards of Russia and the Soviet Union, but before other foreign medals.
The awarded person also receives a medal passport signed by the president of Committee of civic awards and titles of Russia, along with an official stamp. A medal is also complimented with a memorable wall decoration made of painted and engraved metal.
