Penza, 20 January 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza zoo is looking for new owners of a stray kitten who received a nickname “Vasilisa the Accountant.”

The employees found the kitten hungry and shivering from cold in a box by the doors to the accounting department on Saturday, January 17. They immediately fed her and warmed her up.

After sleeping, she began exploring the unknown building, and her curiosity led her to the main accountant’s desk, where a few buttons pushed on the keyboard led to loss of several hours of work data. Because of this accident, the stray kitten received her new nickname.

“She conquered the hearts of everybody in our office in mere days. But we think every little kitten must have its own house, its own couch and its own human, which is why we are addressing you, our friends: please show your compassion and help the stray find her new home, and help someone find a little ball of furry happiness, positive feelings and love. When the girl grows up, we promise to help with spraying her,” says the message published on the website of the Penza zoo.
