“Ideally, this peace of city infrastructure may become a 19-century piece of Penza, a kind of open-air museum,” Yuri Krivov said.

He ordered to enlist architects, local lore researchers, creative youth, and possibly local business to fulfill the idea.

“Our next mission is to find similar locations in Russia where the municipalities work on similar projects, with similar streets that make tourists flock to them. We can organize guided tours through certain buildings for businesses to make them feel the atmosphere and get some ideas,” the press service of the Penza city administration quotes Yuri Krivov.
