Kuznetsk, 22 January 2015. PenzaNews. The Housing Policy department of the Kuznetsk town held an official housing certificate ceremony on Thursday, January 22. Each certificate allows to receive government funding to help buy or build a house or a flat.

The invaluable assistance was provided to five young families that had their first children during their first year of marriage.

The 2015 housing certificate assistance in 2015 grew to 328,000 rubles, compared to 233,000 in the past.

“Overall, nine families received housing certificates in 2014, and we are still accepting applicants for the campaign that will continue until 2020,” the press service of Kuznetsk town administration informed PenzaNews agency.
