Penza security provider “Berkut” put into federal supplier blacklist
Penza, 27 January 2015. PenzaNews. LLC “Berkut,” a private security company, has been put into the federal supplier blacklist by the Federal Antimonopoly Service after one of the governmental customers, the regional Zakharyin emergency hospital, addressed the officials with a complaint.
“According to the notice, ‘Berkut’ refused to sign the contract with the company after it won the auction for providing security services for the hospital without any reasonable basis to do so,” Marina Goryacheva, press secretary of the regional office of Russian FAS, told PenzaNews agency.
According to her, “Berkut” failed to sign the contract in time, which is seen as a sign of refusal to work with the governmental customer.
