It aims to attract parents, teachers, civil activists, as well as members of the regional government and law enforcement.

Several discussion platforms will work with pressing issues of the sphere, including the role of a family in creating a sound, creative and independent individual; means of preventing addictions and delinquency; problems of choosing a profession and inter-generation connections, says the press service of the Penza regional government.
