Penza, 10 February 2015. PenzaNews. Penza ambulance service fleet will be renewed starting from March 1: 49 new cars will replace the old vehicles.

“These are specialized transports complete with all required medical and diagnostic equipment,” said Dmitry Zinoviev, deputy health minister of the Penza region.
According to him, the current fleet is worn out and must be replaced.
“The decommissioned vehicles will be reassigned to other medical organizations for less intensive work according to each individual car’s their technical state,” the first deputy minister said.
As the press service of the regional Ministry of Health told PenzaNews agency, new cars have been purchased under 5.5-year lease with subsequent transfer to government property.
“The Penza region government made the decision on procuring the new vehicles after a detailed analysis of financial capabilities for the regional budget,” the department stressed.
