Penza, 12 February 2015. PenzaNews. Several snow-cleaning vehicles are working on the car parking zone behind the “Diesel-Arena” sports and entertainment complex. Vasily Bochkarev, Penza region governor, plans to hold a large-scale meeting session in the complex on Thursday, February 12.

The workers are due to clean up a decimeters-thick layer of snow that gathered over several weeks of neglect.

Before that, the parking zone was mostly occupied by training drivers testing their cars’ behavior on thick snow, and the traffic police who used the location to monitor passing drivers.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the meeting session of the governor Vasily Bochkarev will involve regional deputies of all levels, members of the government and heads of municipal enterprises.

The authorities plan to gather in the central arena with spectator seats for over 5.5 thousand persons.

This is the first time the head of the region hosts a meeting in this manner.
