Penza, 13 February 2015. PenzaNews. The Department of Gubernatorial and Governmental Affairs of the Penza region seeks to buy a party of high-quality leatherette business cases before the official meeting with the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District, according to a new public procurement entry officially published online.

According to the available details, the business cases must be made of high-quality black leatherette, and supplied with lock-and-key secure flaps to protect the contents.

The requirements list also features a front-facing pouch, and a textile shoulder strap.

Each business case must have two sections for A4 documents.

The starting (maximum) price of the procurement contract for 100 business cases is set at 98,700 rubles.
