Penza, 13 February 2015. PenzaNews. A new variation of “Super-MTS” mobile tariff has opened new possibilities for mobile service users living in the Penza region.

As the public relations department of MTS-Povolzhye informed PenzaNews agency, now company clients can call MTS and Penza-GSM users in the Penza region free of charge.

“The renewed ‘Super-MTS’ cell phone plan will also allow users to call people in other cellphone networks, as well as house phones in the city, only for 75 kopecks a minute. Moreover, ‘Super-MTS’ users will be able to use mobile Web access and SMS free of charge for 15 days,” the company explained.

Each user can switch over to “Super-MTS” tariff at any MTS outlet or a contracted partner shop for 150 rubles a package.

According to Evgeny Galushko, director of MTS-Penza, the merger between MTS and LLC “Penza-GSM” in late 2014 allowed the latter company’s users to enjoy high-quality voice- and data connection along with MTS users.

“The launch of the new ‘Super-MTS’ tariff will allow MTS users and ‘Penza-GSM’ users to chat in a ‘united’ network,” he stressed.
