170 Penza region couples registered marriages on Valentine’s Day

Penza, 14 February 2015. PenzaNews. A total of 170 couples living in the Penza region decided to register their marriages on Valentine’s Day celebrated on Saturday, February 14.

Official ceremonies are expected to take place in 10 regional offices of the Bureau of Vital Statistics, and each of them will be held according to a unique scenario.

This year’s Valentine’s Day has beaten the 2014 record of February 14, the Vital Statistics Office of the Penza region told PenzaNews agency.

“A total of 114 marriages were registered on that day a year ago,” they clarified.
