A concept of celebratory city decoration plan was presented to the gathering.
The main colors of decorations are suggested to be yellow and red, said Sergei Nekrasov, city design and advertising department head of the “Penza advertising service.”
The concept also includes contour lightning systems, small-scale street installations, commemorative stickers and other elements.
Moreover, the plan suggests using street advertising banners based on letters by Penza veterans and monochrome wartime photos from the city archives.
The Penza city administration head Yuri Krivov also suggested announcing a city-wide moment of silence on Victory Day that would unite each and every citizen on that important event.
The concept will be updated following the gathered advice.
The members of the club also took an opportunity to discuss future development of city environment, inspected the project that suggests installing objects of art and monuments, and saw the presentation on “Clear air in Penza” program, says the city administration press service.
