Moiseeva’s regional maintenance fund wage expenses almost equal to repairs spendings

Penza, 4 March 2015. PenzaNews. The regional apartment buildings maintenance fund of the Penza region headed by Natalia Moiseeva spent nearly equal sums on actual repairs and on paying wages.

According to the 2014 financial performance report, submitted by the fund to the regional department of the Ministry of Justice, 10,552,000 rubles was spent for the complete repair of apartment buildings.
Out of this sum, 8,725,000 rubles were received from the budgets of different levels, and 1,827,000 rubles were transferred by organizations and regular citizens.
The report also states that a total of 10 million 120 rubles was spent on wages and wage-related expenses.
In addition, 434 thousand rubles was spent for the yearly company car maintenance, 116 thousand – for a mini-ATS use, and 141 thousand rubles more accounted for maintenance of premises, motor vehicles and other property (except repairs).
63 thousand rubles was used to finance business trip expenditures, 99 thousand were spent on transportation, and 151 thousand on communication services.
The sum of 8,673,000 rubles was written in as “Other expenses.”
The charter of the regional apartment buildings maintenance fund of the Penza region was founded to provide timely complete repair of the common property of apartment buildings, including financial support, accumulation of funds and equipment for this purpose.
Following its main task, the organization acts as a regional operator as per instructions of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, other federal regulatory legal acts, as well as laws and the charter of the Penza region.
