Over 45,000 women to receive postcards from Penza region governor

Penza, 5 March 2015. PenzaNews. Over 45,000 women will receive festive postcards on International Women’s Day from the Penza region governor Vasily Bochkarev.

Among them are WWII veterans and mothers of many children, the press service of the regional Ministry of Labor informed PenzaNews agency.

“The postcards will include wishes of good health, well-being, happiness, love, warmth and care of their dear people, wishes coming true, and happy mood,” the ministry added.
