“As a source of life, light, kindness and tenderness, a woman deserves to be admired and worshipped. A caring and loving mother, a keeper of home comfort and warmth, an ally in thoughts and in life – all of her is beautiful,” said the speaker of the regional parliament.

He expressed his gratitude to families with many own or adopted children, as well as grandmothers, all who bring up children and grandchildren, show patience and wisdom, selflessly give away their emotional warmth, maintain peace in their families, and help the traditions of their people pass on to the newer generation.

“Today, women are very active as professionals: in business and arts, in healthcare and education, in social and political spheres. I would like to thank our dear ladies for their selfless labor, for their attitude and skills, for their responsibility. I wish all of you sound health and strong love, happiness and peace!
