He plans to inspect several government institutions and discuss current issues in childhood protection with the regional authorities.

According to the information published on the Children’s Rights Commissioner’s official website, the visit is scheduled for Monday, March 16.

However, on Tuesday, March 10, the press secretary of the governor and the regional government Maxim Fomin announced that Pavel Astakhov will arrive to Penza on March 17.
