Penza, 13 March 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region will hold an urban amenities and sanitary measures month in all settlements of the Penza region, according to the decree of the regional government signed by the governor Vasily Bochkarev.

As per the text of the decree, the officials recommend regional government bodies, governmental and non-governmental organizations and companies of all kind to hold Saturday volunteer clean-up actions on April 25.

At the same time, they plan to motivate the public into taking part in the event during its preparation through an information campaign.
