This year’s conference expects about 600 participants, including heads of IT companies, leading developers and IT system architects, QA managers and specialists, heads and members of IT departments, and IT students.
The event will be split into several parallel workshops on various parts of IT industry, such as coding and software development, databases, mobile app development, project management, and startups.
The list of speakers and IT coaches features specialists of the leading companies from Penza and other Russian cities.
“The software developers conference ‘Secon’ was first held in 2007. Since 2013, it is supported by the government of the Penza region, and the Center of Cluster Development joined the list of our supporters in 2014. The cooperation of professionals and authorities helped expand the conference. This partnership also bears great promises in infrastructure development and creation of high-budget IT projects in the region,” Mikhail Lyashkov, general director of the Center of Cluster Development, announced to PenzaNews agency.
The current event aims to help solve the current issues of IT industry, he said.
“These include the currently low popularity of IT development profession, insufficient education level and understanding of current realities shown by university graduates, and, as a result, an extreme lack of qualified personnel,” said the speaker.
The “Secon” conference will be an interesting event for all people who are involved in the IT sphere, Mikhail Lyashkov added.
“For coders, for web designers, for project leaders, and people who are now planning to work in this area. They all will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the modern trends and methods, and exchange experience with their colleagues,” explained the Center of Cluster Development director.
