Penza, 18 March 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Vasily Bochkarev plans to hold a meeting with the heads of the regional traffic police department on Thursday, March 19.

The meeting will focus on issues of road safety and governance, says the vice-governor Victor Rubtsov.

“V. Bochkarev ordered daily info feed on worn-down, flooded roads that may cause traffic accidents, especially in Penza,” Victor Rubtsov wrote in his Twitter.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the worn-down roads became especially prominent in Penza in spring 2015.

Numerous road potholes appeared on practically every Penza street, including the main highways that once used to be kept in satisfactory condition and repaired on a priority basis.

Currently, “Penzadormost” is patching the potholes. The capital repairs are expected to begin once the average daily temperature safely reaches +5°C.
