45 Penza WWII veterans received housing certificates

Penza, 19 March 2015. PenzaNews. 45 certificates eligible for one-time money subsidy for construction or purchase of a new house or a flat were distributed among the Penza WWII veterans in need.

The official ceremony was held in Wednesday, March 18, at the city administration hall.

Each certificate can be exchanged for about 1,100,000 rubles.

There are still 70 WWII veterans in Penza who were deemed to be in need of a new house or a flat, the press service of the city administration informed PenzaNews agency.
