Penza, 19 March 2015. PenzaNews. Vyacheslav Kosmachev, deputy of the regional Legislative Assembly, member of the regional headquarters of the All-Russia People’s Front (APF), was appointed to the regional disease prevention center as a chief medical officer, the press service of the regional government informed PenzaNews agency on Thursday, March 19.

Vyacheslav Kosmachev had been heading the Penza city Zakharyin clinical emergency hospital, but was relieved from his office as the hospital CMO on Wednesday, March 18. Back then, the Ministry of Health of the Penza region refused to comment on this information, saying they can neither confirm no deny it.

Natalya Timofeeva, deputy CMO for clinical care at the Zakharying city hospital, is currently assigned as acting chief medical officer.
