Penza, 21 March 2015. PenzaNews. Penza will join the all-Russian campaign “A Moment of Silence” that will be held on Victory Day, May 9.

The campaign aims to remind the Russians about the price of the great victory.

The script of radio and TV reports before the moment of silence, along with thematic audio and video reels, are already complete, the press service of the city administration informed PenzaNews agency.

“The all-Russian campaign will be held from 18.55 to 19.00. The Penza prologue to it will be held from 18.50 to 18.55,” the city administration clarified.

According to the press service, several flashmobs will be held in the city from April 25 to May 1 to promote “A Moment of Silence.”
