Penza to reduce downtime of expensive medical equipment
Penza, 23 March 2015. PenzaNews. Vasily Bochkarev, governor of the Penza region, instructed to create a regional program that would analyze use utilization of the already procured expensive medical equipment.

According to the head of the region, such a program could help the decision-makers to timely locate idle or malfunctioning equipment, idle time, and exact components that prevent the equipment from being used.
“If we bought it, it should work: at least two 8-hour shifts. Then we will avoid long queues and complaints from the public,” Vasily Bochkarev said during the operational meeting of the Penza region government on Monday, March 23.
