Penza, 26 March 2015. PenzaNews. The concept of Penza festive decoration for the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory was presented at the February 26 meeting of the city strategic development club. The concept has been finalized after taking into account the received suggestions.
According to Sergei Nekrasov, head of urban design and advertising institution “Penza Advertising Service,” the main decoration elements will be installed from April until early May.

According to the information presented there, the streets will be decorated with city flags and three-dimensional ornamental designs, small installation symbolizing five-pointed stars, special lights on power line poles, and thematic imagery on advertising banner stands and other similar structure.
