Penza, Moscow libraries to take part in April 8 video conference

Penza, 7 April 2015. PenzaNews. The Nekrasov library of Moscow and the Lermontov library of Penza will hold a joint video conference on Wednesday, April 8.

As part of the libraries’ joint cooperation agreement, the institutions will be holding an open e-lecture of Tamara Gudima, Ph.D., head of the faculty of Philosophy, Political and Cultural Science at the Moscow University for the Humanities.

The lecture, titled “State Policy 101 and the World of Russian Libraries” will begin at 11.00 am, and will involve professionals from municipal libraries of the Penza region.
