Penza, 8 April 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza city administration has announced an online tender for small enterprises and civil non-commercial organizations for procurement of flags.

According to the notes published on the official government procurement website on Tuesday, April 7, the list includes five street flags of Russia, six street flags of the Penza region and five more of the Penza city, each equipped with three quick links.

Moreover, the order also asks for street flag with protection jackets for storage – five State Russian flags, six Penza region flags, four Penza city flags, and two United Russia party flags.

The maximum funding for the contract has been set at 84,273 rubles, and the money will be provided from the budget of Penza.

The auction will begin on April 13.
