Penza, 9 April 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza city gave start to the decoration campaign in the wake of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory.

The crews have begun installing the standalone flag compositions on the streets and lightpoles.

As per the official decision, the streets of Penza will be donned in yellow and red before the eventful day.

The crews will also prepare apartment building lights, small-scale installations and stickers.

Moreover, according to the press service of the city administration, the streets will feature special banners featuring WWII-era monochrome photography.
