Penza, 10 April 2015. PenzaNews. The 25th regular session of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region has unanimously approved the law bill that introduces additional limitations on time, conditions and locations of retail alcohol sales for organizations and individual businessmen.

The project was presented by the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Ivan Belozertsev, who added that the project was based on Art. 16 of the federal law No. 171-FL dated November 22 1995.

“If accepted, the law will forbid retail alcohol sales in recreation zones, except in restaurant-, bar-, and café-type locations; in mass gathering and fair areas within their duration; in food-serving locations in the apartment buildings or attached constructions,” the speaker clarified.

All 27 deputies present during the session voted in favor of the bill.
