“A few weeks ago, we were asked to help with reconstruction and cleaning in the Victory Park. The children agreed, and we have come here today with great enthusiasm,” Anna Fadeeva, regional coordinator of the 70th Victory anniversary volunteer movement, informed PenzaNews agency.

She stressed that this event will not be the only one.

“Once we clean up the park, the search groups will reconstruct the bunkers, the trenches and prepare exhibition stands with images of our heroic countrymen,” the speaker explained.

Anna Fadeeva added that volunteers would try to do as much as possible by the Victory Day, but the improvement work in the park will continue even after the festival.
