Penza, 20 April 2015. PenzaNews. The general director of LLC “Yukon” has been fined 20,000 rubles for violating the official construction legislation in Penza on Suvorova street, 173 and 175.

“The prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky city area has investigated the construction site of LLC ‘Yukon’ during its urban planning legislation audit of the city under the orders of the regional prosecutor’s office. During the audit and the inspection, we have found that the construction site is a capital development that is being done without the standard permission,” Yulia Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney of the region in Media Relations, informed PenzaNews agency.

The lack of permission presents legal grounds to stop the construction, she explained.

“Because of that, the prosecutor of the Leninsky area of Penza has opened an administrative offence case against the director of LLC ‘Yukon’ under Part 1, Art. 9.5 of the Administrative Offenses Code, titled ‘Unauthorised construction, reconstruction of capital development units.’ After the review, the State Apartment Construction and Equipment Inspection of the Penza region has found the head of the company guilty of the said violation and subject to a fine,” said the speaker.
