Penza, 22 April 2015. PenzaNews. Alexander Elatontsev, head of the Internal Policy and Mass Communications department of the Penza region, paid a visit to the TRBC “Express.” Earlier, 35 workers of the TRBC had signed a collective note on the facts of wage holdback and directed it to the State Labor Inspection.

The regional official arrived to the entrance of the company at about 15.30 of Wednesday, April 22, together with former general director of TRBC “Express” Oleg Sinenkov, member of the regional political council of United Russia. The latter, seeing a photo reporter of PenzaNews agency, rudely demanded the journalist to immediately leave the premises.

Afterwards, Alexander Elatontsev and Oleg Sinenkov entered the building. Currently, there is no information on what happened inside and whether they met the staff or discussed the wage issue. About and hour and a half later, Alexander Elatontsev left the building, said goodbye to the journalists and drove away in a car owned by the regional government. Oleg Sinenkov was still seemingly inside the building.

Before the visit to the TRBC “Express,” Alexander Elatontsev himself told PenzaNews agency by phone he does not wish to make any comment on it. Earlier, the regional official confirmed he had visited the company, but in an informal manner, as April 21 was a holiday in the Penza region.

We still have no information if the regional media official had any meetings with the current acting general director of TRBC “Express” Stepan Parfenov or discussed the plans to introduce a part-time employment system in the company starting July 1.
