The board is composed of the members of XXI and XXII Arbitration Courts of Appeal, and other arbitration courts of the Volga Court Okrug.
The advisory board session was held under the Chairman of the Volga Okrug Arbitration Board Yury Glazov, who said such meetings are regular.
“The questions arise all the time, because the legislation is ever-changing. As it changes, of course the Supreme Court of Russia cannot rework it all in an instant. Before the Supreme Court makes its verdict, we are discussing the issues to draw up the united rules for businesses, for court disputers, for judges,” Yury Glazov told the journalists before the session.
The Penza board will focus on the corporate legislation issues and energy contracts, he clarified.
“To be true, there are many more issues arising, but we cannot review all of them under one board,” said the chairman of the Volga Okrug Arbitration Court.
The sessions of the advisory council in the regions helps learn about the issues in each federal territory and exchange experience, he added.
