Penza, 29 April 2015. PenzaNews. The head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Sergei Pospelov has arrived to Penza for a business trip.

“Will talk with VFD regional heads on youth policy. Suggestions, questions?” he wrote in his Twitter.

Moreover, Sergei Pospelov shared his impressions after the visit of the regional center located in the former building of the Penza Philarmonic Hall.

“Penza authorities gave youth orgs building in city center. Good job! Youth says thanks!” he added.

The head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs plans to take part in the VFD Civil Council meeting on civil society institutions development headed by the presidential envoy in the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, that will also involve State Duma deputies, state officials, leaders of regional civil organizations, active members of the okrug civil council, volunteers and patriotic club activists.
