According to him, a reliable foundation for solutions to such grand tasks would be made of hard work, sincere patriotism, civil unity, persistence, energy, and belief of all that the Fatherland would soon prosper.

“I believe that we have it to preserve what we had gained and proceed to the new limits of success. I wish you all sound health, prosperity, happiness, fruitful work for the good of your native land and Russia,” Vasily Bochkarev stressed.
