Penza, 6 May 2015. PenzaNews. 30,000 veterans living in the Penza region will receive postcards from the governor Vasily Bochkarev before the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory that will be celebrated on the upcoming Saturday, May 9.

Vasily Bochkarev’s greetings of the day include words of gratitude for their feats of military and labor valor during the Great Patriotic War and true devotion to their country.

Also, the governor wishes sound health to the veterans, war factory workers, blockade and concentration camp survivors, and people who served at least six months in the army during the wartime, says the press service of the regional Ministry of Labor.
