Penza, 8 May 2015. PenzaNews. The debt of the television and radio broadcasting company “Express” to “Penza Regional Radio and TV Transmitting Center (Penza RRTTC), local branch of RNTN, exceeded 1.2 million rubles.

Currently, the Arbitration Court of the Penza region reviews four cases of RNTN represented by the Penza RRTTC against “Express.”

Three of them will be processed in a simplified fashion since they are related to relatively small debts of 169,042.52, 48,663.40, and 40,647.68 rubles respectively.

The fourth case originally sought to fine “Express” 375.539.54 rubles, its debt from January 2015 for broadcasting services according to the agreement signed on January 1 2014. However, the sum was later increased to 973,508.66 rubles, the size of January-March 2015 debt.

The representative of the defendant confirmed the demands during the preliminary court session.

Both sides asked for the court to provide additional time to achieve an out-of-court settlement. As a result, the new session is scheduled for Monday, May 25.
