Penza, 9 May 2015. PenzaNews. A renown Penza businessman Oleg Totsky was granted amnesty due to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory, which negated his prison sentence due to a traffic accident which resulted in the death of a motorcycle driver.

The businessman returned home late on Thursday, May 7, says Ulitsa Moskovskaya newspaper.

Overall, Oleg Totsky spent nearly five months in a penal settlement colony.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, Oleg Totsky driving a Lincoln car collided with a Suzuki-250 motorcycle while executing a turn on Pobedy prospekt of Penza late on September 14, 2012. The motorcycle driver, born in 1991, died at the scene, while his passenger was hospitalized with injuries.
