Penza, 11 May 2015. PenzaNews. A renown Penza journalist Sergei Inyushkin, 65, has passed away on Monday, May 11.

The visitation ceremony will be held in the ritual hall of the Zakharyin city clinical emergency hospital on May 13 from 13.00 to 14.00.
The burial service will take place in the Church of Supreme Apostles St. Peter and Paul at 14.30.
The location of the burial is yet to be announced.
The city and regional authorities are sending their condolences to relatives and friends of Sergei Inyushkin.
Sergei (Mikhailovich) Inyushkin began his career as a journalist in 1971. He worked in the regional newspaper Penzenskaya Pravda and rose from a copy editor to deputy executive editor.
Starting in 1977, he worked as a staff correspondent for the USSR Gosteleradio in the Penza region.
After 1992, he worked in newspapers Penzenskiye Vesti (as reporter, department manager and deputy editor-in-chief) and Penzenskaya Pravda (observer).
Sergei Inyushkin cooperated with federal agencies, and worked the last eleven years of his live in Interfax.
Sergei Mikhailovich was a Distinguished Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation.
He received the letter of gratitude from the Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media, and the honorable sign of the Journalists’ Union of Russia “For Merits to Professional Society,” along with numerous letters of gratitude from the governor of the Penza region and the regional Legislative Assembly.
