“Express” fined 45,000 rubles for withholding salaries

Penza, 13 May 2015. PenzaNews. “Express” has been fined 45,000 rubles for failing to pay salaries on time during the change of top management, Valery Sirotkin, head of the State Labor Inspection and chief state labor inspector in the Penza region, told PenzaNews agency on Wednesday, May 13.

According to him, the company’s general director Alexander Orgin was fired and the new acting head Stepan Parfenov entered the office on April 8, 2015.

“Folllowing the instruction No. 44/213 of April 23 2015 issued by the Penza region SLI to ‘Express,’ the company paid in full its debts in salaries for a total of 79,111 rubles,” Valery Sirotkin explained.

He also added that the State Labor Inspection received five reports from the company’s employees: three of them have already been reviewed, and two of the latter found reasonable.
