Penza, 27 May 2015. PenzaNews. The urban management crews of Penza city began painting over the retaining wall of the Sura river embankment in preparation to the graffiti festival that will take place on Russia Day and City Day both celebrated on June 12.

During the fest, the graffiti artists will paint it over with their art following the sketches they prepared in advance, the press service of the city administration informed PenzaNews agency.

“We must paint the wall over and prepare it for the artists, clean up the adjacent area and collecte the trash that piled up on the riverside,” the officials explained.
