Penza, 29 May 2015. PenzaNews. The fourth outdoors festival of city NGOS and communities “Dobraya Penza” will be held at the Belinsky public garden across the Lunacharsky Drama Theater on June 12, celebrated as Russia Day and Victory Day.

Over 40 NGOs are expected to take part in the event and tell the visitors about their activities.

The festival will feature workshops, consultation sessions and charity campaigns.

Moreover, it will feature a sale event dedicated to the book about the popular Penza singer Sergei Penkin and a signature session with Oleg Tkachev, author of the book “True Penkin,” with a portion of sales to be donated to charity, says the Facebook page of “Dobraya Penza.”
