Penza, 29 May 2015. PenzaNews. A total of 435 million rubles has been allocated for monthly payments to the Penza region residents eligible for state support on house bill payment during January-April 2015.

These include over 142,000 citizens, the press service of the regional Labor Ministry informed PenzaNews agency.

“They are war veterans, people with disabilities, people suffering from irradiation, along with their families eligible for the aforementioned social support. The average pension is 937.30 rubles per month per person,” the officials clarified.
