Penza, 30 May 2015. PenzaNews. 58 heads of Penza enterprises and organizations received their diplomas of graduation from the Presidential Program during an official ceremony hosted on Friday, May 29, at the Penza State University.

Among the official guests was Larisa Ryabikhina, acting governor’s and regional government staff chief, who congratulated them with their success.

“Our country is, first of all, the people, and our main capital is our human resources. If we have such great skilled and educated people, we can safely go forward. I wish you to help the society and your Little Motherland, realize yourself and achieve success,” she said.

As the press service of the Penza region government informed PenzaNews agency, the graduates of the 2014-2015 Presidential Program include 6 middle and top managers of large enterprises, 37 SME members, 4 financial organization experts, along with 11 healthcare enterprise heads and municipal state workers.
