Penza, 2 June 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region employment center helped 10,000 people find new jobs in the facilities of the region during the first five months of 2015.

These people represent 71.4% of the citizens who applied for help in finding new jobs.

934 people took part in paid city improvement works, 703 enrolled in professional education programs, and 11,200 received social support.

Based on the information available on June 1, 2015, the Penza region employment center registered 5,732 unemployed persons. The registered unemployment level has been set at a total of 0.8% from the working age population of the region.

The unemployment level in the Russian Federation reached 1.3%, and only 1.1% in the Volga Federal District, says the press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Demography of the Penza region.
