According to the settlement, “Express” must pay its debt by the end of the year.

Following the payment schedule, the company must pay the Penza RRTTC several installments of 71,210 rubles: before May 31, before June 30, before July 31 and before August 31.

These must be followed by four transactions of 172,167 rubles: before September 30, before October 31, before November 30, and before December 31.

Because of that, the lawsuit was stopped.

However, the court fully satisfied the demands to fine “Express” 40,647 rubles of debt on an agreement signed on November 1, 2014, according to which the claimant party agreed to provide an antenna broadcast complex installed on the premises of the defendant (H-196 TV towers in Pachelma and Blagodatka) on the co-use basis.

The Arbitration Court of the Penza region also began the review of three more requests for arbitration by the Penza RRTTC against “Express” that deal with collection of 48,663, 169,042, and 40,647 rubles of debt respectively, through a simplified procedure.
