Any Penza citizen over 18 is invited to create their own raft out of plastic bottles.

The race will include four bouts, two women’s and two men’s competitions.

The contestants are invited either to compete in speed and strength in the category “There’s Strength, We’ll Get the Prize,” or make an unusual swimming contraption like a pedalo out of the bottles in “Kulibin’s Followers” section.

The 2015 competition includes two more categories: non-qualifying raft swimming and a show contraption raft chase.

“We once again offer all companies to take part in the chase along with the ‘Vizit’ team. First, the teams make their rafts, then train to maneuver around the obstacles, swim with the flags of their companies, their teams root for them on the riverside – this is a great teambuilding thing,” Evgeny Golyaev, board chairman of “Vizit,” commented for PenzaNews agency.

He clarified that the overall prize budget set by “Vizit,” producer of mineral water “Nadezhda,” reached 134,000 rubles, and the first prize winners will get 10,000 rubles.

The event will be accompanied by a children’s playground section, a chess and domino tournament and many other contests on the Sura river bank.

A scene performance agenda will include Vasily Urievsky and “Comic jazz BABEL” from Saratov with covers of popular songs, “Bravis Brass Band” walking orchestra from Moscow, “Beach Brothers” and “Nota Bena” from Penza, and “James-bond” from St. Petersburg.

Any can leave their application for the race by calling +7 (8412) 257-752 or going to the website of “Vizit.”
