Penza citizens enjoyed “Holland Organ”

Penza, 5 June 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza regional Philarmonic Hall held a concert of Boudewijn Zwart, the president of Eurocarillon league, director of Carillon Institute Nederland, composter, piano and pipe organ player, in the evening of Thursday, June 4.

He was joined by the distinguished worker of arts of Russia Vladimir Sklyarenko who played oboe and Elenar Lelchuk on piano.
The performance began with a concert “The Cuckoo and the Nightingale” and “Dettingen Te Deum” by Georg Handel.
It was followed by a trio-sonata in G-dur by Pietro Locatelli, an oboe concert in C-dur in four parts by Domenico Chimarosa, the compositions of Jan Zwart, Tomaso Albignoni, and other composers.
The audience also enjoyed the anthem of Amsterdam and a pipe organ improvisation, says the website of “Penzaconcert.”
